To listen on-line, simply click on the title in the column "Listen" and wait a few seconds for the file to begin to play.

To save the file so you can listen to it off-line or on your MP3 player: Right click on the file in the "download" column and select "Save target as..." You will be prompted to choose the folder where you wish to save the file.
